Back to School

Tomorrow is my first day back to school for my second year of teaching. I am excited and yet still scared at the same time. I feel like I learned so much last year but I still have much more to learn! I look forward to the changes I have already made to my daily routine, curriculum, and classroom. The biggest change I am making this year is the implementation of the Daily 5 ELA curriculum block. I am really excited about starting it and I hope my class this year will be able to handle the "student-in-charge" approach it brings. I am also starting my Masters program this year. I look forward to getting back into classes with other teachers and people who are my age. Here we go....

New at this...

So...after talking to my friend Debra Dele, I decided today to become a blogger. I am excited about this new undertaking and look forward to sharing ideas, finding new ideas, and writing a little about my life. I look forward to this new journey I am starting! :)
